Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who can independently tear down, service, and reassemble semi-automatic equipment at our Fortune 500 company. You will be responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and ordering replacement parts, as well as performing scheduled preventative maintenance and making necessary repairs to all company equipment, machines, and systems.

Responsibilities

Independently tear down, service, and reassemble semi-automatic equipment such as ROSIE, Blaster, Sigma Press, and Vertical Lathe.

Essential Skills

Proficient in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Skilled in PLC controls and electrical troubleshooting.Ability to interpret and follow service manuals, blueprints, and schematics.Experience in preventative maintenance and machine repair.MIG welding skills.Competent in using pneumatic systems and performing schematic installations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with industrial maintenance and repair.Ability to conduct PLC troubleshooting and electrical maintenance.Knowledge of motors and automation systems.Proficient in welding, including three-phase welding.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32400.00 - $79040.00/yr.

5-8% year bonus every April
