We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues, and executing machine repairs in an industrial bakery environment. Familiarity with equipment such as conveyors, pumps, motors, industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is essential.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on industrial bakery equipment.Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.Repair and maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, and other industrial equipment.Use electrical troubleshooting tools such as multimeters or ohmmeters.Read and interpret electrical schematics accurately.Address facilities maintenance issues as they arise.
Essential Skills5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or an equivalent degree.Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.Familiarity with conveyors, pumps, motors, industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED.2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably in food and beverage industries.Experience with industrial ovens, packaging, or labeling machines is beneficial.

Work Environment
The position is based in an industrial bakery that produces for high-profile clients. The facility is non-climate controlled, requiring adaptability to hot and cold conditions. The environment can be dirty due to the manufacturing process. Shifts include: 1st shift from 5:00am to 2:00pm, 2nd shift from 12:00pm to 10:30pm, and 3rd shift from 10:00pm to 7:00am.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
