**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Job Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the functionality, safety, and operational efficiency of buildings, equipment, and grounds. This role requires a broad skill set, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to respond to service requests and emergencies in a timely manner. Responsibilities + Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds. + Ensure the functionality, safety, and operational efficiency of all facilities. + Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies. + Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems. + Conduct general maintenance tasks including electrical and HVAC work. + Handle materials and manage warehouse inventory. + Operate forklifts and other necessary equipment. Essential Skills + 2+ years of maintenance experience. + Previous manufacturing experience. + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. + Capability to work independently and pay attention to detail. + Willingness to work overtime regularly. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in general labor, warehouse packing, and inventory management. + Skills in troubleshooting and diagnostics. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
