**Job Title: Maintenance Technician ($38-$40/hour)** Job Description Provide maintenance support for manufacturing activities to minimize production losses due to equipment or system failures. This role also includes supporting work requests from various non-manufacturing areas within the facility, guided by the Maintenance Leader, Operations Manager, and Production Supervisor. Responsibilities + Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems. + Utilize knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding in maintenance tasks. + Support maintenance requests across both manufacturing and non-manufacturing areas of the facility. Essential Skills + Proficiency in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. + Ability to repair mechanical and electrical systems. + Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding. + Associate Degree or Apprenticeship in Industrial Maintenance or Electromechanical Technology, OR 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
