Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose, test, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems and possess 2+ years of PLC experience. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing combustion systems, diagnosing electronic malfunctions, and maintaining records of repairs and calibrations.

ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, test, maintain, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.Integrate, indicate, or record electrical or electronic instruments.Test and troubleshoot variable speed AC and DC motor control systems.Serve as a team member or leader to inspect electrical/electronic malfunctions.Test electronic components and circuits to locate defects using oscilloscopes, ammeters, and voltmeters.Replace defective components and adjust mechanical parts using hand-tools and soldering iron.Align, adjust, and calibrate equipment according to specifications.Calibrate testing instruments and maintain records of repairs and calibrations.Use computer systems to diagnose and upgrade process control equipment and PLCs.Install, repair, and maintain indicating, recording, and controlling instruments and test equipment.Instruct maintenance repair crews and input information into computers to modify or store schematics.Operate production equipment for diagnostic and testing purposes.Essential Skills2+ years of PLC experience2 years of industrial experienceLadder logic experienceElectrical troubleshootingPLC troubleshootingPreventive maintenanceAdditional Skills & QualificOur ClientonsWillingness to operate and/or maintain various operation units.Ability to work shifts, weekends, and overtime in a heavy industrial environment.Demonstrated ability to work safely as a team member.Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, pumps, piping, power transmission, lubrication, rigging, motors, electronics, controls, power supplies, AC/DC theory, power distribution, computers and PLCs.Pass the Ramsey Validated Super Trade Technician Main test.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role is based in an industrial environment with a shift schedule of Monday-Friday, 5AM-3PM. Enjoy overtime opportunities, shift differentials, and production bonuses. The role includes pre-planned overtime of approximately 10-12 hours a week and requires wearing appropriate attire for a heavy industrial setting.

The pay range for this position is $77563.00 - $77563.00/yr.
