Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join an exciting team as a Maintenance Technician working on essential machinery such as Corrugators, Printing Machines, Conveyors, Plex-O Machines, and Die Cutting Machines. You will play a critical role in the production of large cardboard boxes used in grocery stores to hold products like watermelons and pumpkins.

Responsibilities

Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including sensors, relays, motors, switches, 480v, and 3-phase systems, while interpreting ladder logic.Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of machinery, ensuring operational efficiency.Engage in mechanical troubleshooting, focusing on bearings, lubrication, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.Diagnose and repair AC/DC motors as necessary.Install new or repaired machinery as required.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other work orders for specific repairs.Apply lockout/tagout procedures as needed.Troubleshoot PLC systems when required.

Essential Skills

5+ years of maintenance experience.Proficient in electrical troubleshooting, including sensors, relays, 3-phase motors, and 480v systems.Ability to connect to a laptop and interpret ladder logic.Skillful in interpreting electrical schematics.Comfortable completing mechanical tasks in addition to electrical duties.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to edit or program PLC systems.Experience with corrugated materials and processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $76003.00 - $76003.00/yr.
