**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves completing preventive maintenance tasks, performing operations maintenance on assigned equipment, and entering all work performed into our CMMS system. You will be responsible for electrical repairs on various voltage systems, troubleshooting and repairing VFDs and PLCs, and performing mechanical repairs, including MIG welding. Responsibilities + Complete preventive maintenance and organize maintenance practices. + Perform operations maintenance on assigned equipment. + Enter all work performed into CMMS (MP@2). + Perform electrical repairs on 480v, 220v, 110v AC/DC systems. + Troubleshoot and repair VFDs and PLCs. + Troubleshoot, repair, and replace bearings, cylinders, and other mechanical parts. + Perform MIG welding. + Assist Blade Tech with setup and repairs. + Assist operations department with equipment and production issues. + Conduct mechanical troubleshooting using power and hand tools. + Maintain and repair packaging machines. Candidates should be aware of the cold and wet conditions, with facility temperatures ranging from 34-40 degrees. Due to constant sanitation, floors are wet, and there is a strong smell of chlorine and citric acid used for cleaning. Please ensure candidates are not allergic to chlorine. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Covington, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $32.00/hr.
