**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Job Description This position involves working alongside the sanitation team to tear down and rebuild industrial equipment. You will perform both preventative and reactive maintenance on conveyor systems and production equipment such as wrappers, slicers, shredders, die cutters, spirals, and belts. Responsibilities + Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment. + Conduct reactive maintenance on conveyor systems and production equipment. + Work collaboratively with the sanitation team to ensure machinery is properly maintained. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480 volts. + Diagnose and repair mechanical issues. + Read and interpret blueprints to identify machine components. + Work with limit switches and understand their configurations. Essential Skills + 2+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair at 480 volts. + 2+ years of experience in mechanical troubleshooting and repair. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + 2+ years of experience working on industrial equipment such as conveyors, belts, and shredders. + Understanding of limit switches and their configurations. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with PLC and PLC troubleshooting. + Experience with HMI or laptop hookup troubleshooting. + Experience working in a food and beverage manufacturing plant. + Additional schooling or certifications are a plus.
