As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, repair, and installation tasks on various mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic devices and components. Your role will involve working with gears, bearings, drives, gearboxes, motors, sensors, PLCs, VFDs, controls, actuators, power supplies, transformers, and pneumatic systems including compressors and logic circuits. Additionally, you will handle fabrication and welding duties, as well as HVAC-related tasks.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical devices and components such as gears, bearings, drives, and gearboxes.Perform installation and maintenance on electrical devices and components, including motors, sensors, PLCs, VFDs, controls, actuators, and power supplies.Manage pneumatic systems, including compressors, logic circuits, actuators, and sensors.Conduct fabrication and welding duties as required.Perform HVAC-related maintenance tasks.
Essential SkillsProficiency in mechanical systems and components.Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.Ability to read and interpret schematics.Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with PLC troubleshooting and control.Ability to perform welding and fabrication tasks.Understanding of 3-phase electrical systems.Competence in industrial maintenance and repair.
