Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our facility in Alliance. You will play a crucial role in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment used in bottling and packaging products. This position requires expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, and process monitoring.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment used in bottling and packaging.Assist in the repair of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and valves.Monitor and repair process monitoring equipment including temperature, pressure, level, and flow gauges.Work with high-speed bottling and manufacturing equipment.Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.Perform PLC troubleshooting

Essential Skills

Experience in troubleshooting and repairing pumps and valves.Knowledge of GMP standards.Background in high-speed manufacturing, particularly in the beverage industry.Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.Basic computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work in a dynamic 400,000 sq. ft. distribution and manufacturing facility specializing in high-speed bottling. Our environment is fast-paced, focusing on energy drinks and nutritional beverages for kids. Uniforms are available if desired.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $83200.00/yr.
