**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production tools and machines. Your expertise will ensure all systems and equipment are maintained in full operational status according to the manufacturer’s specified instructions.
Responsibilities
+ Perform mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production tools and machines.
+ Assist in diagnosing problems, replace or repair parts, and make necessary adjustments on all systems, equipment, tools, or machines.
+ Conduct plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
+ Maintain compressed air systems by running pipe and creating material feed headers.
+ Operate and maintain high-pressure steam boiler systems.
+ Execute seasonal grounds maintenance and landscaping duties, including mowing, edging, planting, snow removal, and grounds inspection.
+ Address work order items and equipment issues following established maintenance procedures.
+ Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production tools and equipment during production.
+ Perform scheduled maintenance repairs.
+ Assist in installations, non-standard changes, and repairs to meet local jurisdiction codes, OSHA and NEC standards, and internal specifications.
+ Complete preventative maintenance according to the schedule and procedures.
+ Utilize the PSM system effectively.
+ Collaborate on solutions for recurring work orders documented in the Maintenance Program file.
+ Document all work on assets, improvements made, and any injuries or near misses in the Maintenance Program file.
+ Maintain internal communication regarding work order requests and maintenance-related work.
+ Provide equipment training and audit training with plant operators.
+ Operate and maintain various equipment and machines, ensuring they are in safe, clean, and proper working condition.
+ Complete specific projects or responsibilities assigned by the Lead Maintenance Technician efficiently and timely.
Essential Skills
+ Expertise in maintenance technician roles.
+ Proficient in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and repair work.
+ Ability to perform preventive maintenance.
+ Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
