**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical schematics and instrumentation are calibrated and current. You will troubleshoot during unscheduled equipment downtime, perform repairs, and complete preventive maintenance services. Responsibilities + Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production. + Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment. + Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines. + Support an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S. + Maintain and perform repairs to the facility. + Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills. + Experience in maintenance involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. + Preventive maintenance expertise. + Strong troubleshooting and repair capabilities. + Experience with CMMS systems. + Ability to read electrical schematics. + Basic computer and operating system knowledge. SHIFT This is a 2nd shift role, Monday to Friday, from 2pm to 10:30pm, with overtime and weekend support as required. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of York, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr. Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k) Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating holidays PTO - First year is pro-rated, earning 3.33 hours every paycheck (bi-weekly).
