**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will work on production machines that manufacture a variety of condiments such as BBQ sauce, mustard, jams, and syrups. Your role will involve reading blueprints and schematics to repair batching machines, conveyor systems, and packing machines, as well as performing mechanical and electrical repairs, replacing motors, and troubleshooting PLCs. Responsibilities + Repair and maintain production machines, including batching, conveyor, and packing systems. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for machine repairs. + Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and replacements. + Troubleshoot production machines and PLCs to ensure optimal performance. Essential Skills + Proficient troubleshooting skills for production machines. + Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge. + Competency in reading blueprints and schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in electric motor troubleshooting and replacement. + Industrial maintenance experience, especially in food production facilities. + Experience with preventive maintenance and PLC troubleshooting. Work Environment Work in a non-climate-controlled production facility, which can be hot in the summers and cooler in the winters. Shifts available include 2nd shift from 4 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Friday, and 1st shift from 6 AM to 4:30 PM. Employees have the flexibility to choose one 12-hour shift per week, with plenty of opportunities for overtime. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
