Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems within our facilities. This role involves managing and completing work orders efficiently, conducting routine property inspections, performing maintenance in common areas, and preparing spaces for client requirements. The technician will also act as a liaison with clients, vendors, and service providers.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair electrical and HVAC building systems.Maintain and repair plumbing systems.Review, prioritize, and complete work orders to the highest standards.Inspect properties routinely and implement proactive maintenance measures.Maintain and repair common areas of the property.Prepare suites and common areas for client needs, including setup and breakdown for meetings.Act as a liaison with clients, vendors, and service providers.Provide manual labor as needed to ensure optimal performance of all assets.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.Experience in facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance.Ability to perform painting tasks.5+ years of experience in commercial/residential maintenance.2+ years of experience in vendor relations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment

The position involves working in a commercial real estate building with shifts from either 12 PM to 9 PM or 1 PM to 10 PM. You will collaborate closely with vendors to address outsourced maintenance needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
