**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Responsibilities + Troubleshoot and repair machinery such as stamping presses, injection molding machines, and PLCs. + Work with 6-axis robots, automated assembly lines, conveyors, molding, and rubber mixing machinery. + Check boilers and air compressors. + Use provided laptops for troubleshooting and documenting work orders. + Operate within a CMMS system for work orders and follow a preventive maintenance schedule. + Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Maintain and repair pumps, motors, conveyor systems, and gearboxes. + Implement and follow safety measures, including arc flash and lockout/tagout procedures. Essential Skills + At least 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. + Experience with pumps and conveyors. + PLC troubleshooting experience, particularly with Mitsubishi PLCs. + Experience working with 208v and 24v AC/DC; 480V and 3-phase is a plus. + Basic computer and Excel skills.
