**Job Title: Sr. Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician**
Job Description
As a Sr. Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will operate and maintain boiler systems and all related physical plant equipment, including condenser water (cooling tower), air compressors, air dryers, potable water, and chilled water systems according to SOPs, cGMPs, and user department requirements. You will manage high purity water systems, including WFI and PFW, generated by ROs and distillation units. You will also monitor performance through computer controls, review recorded operating data, resolve issues for continuous operations, and communicate status updates, including failures and corrective actions, to management.
Responsibilities
+ Operate and maintain boiler systems and all related physical plant equipment.
+ Manage high purity water systems, including WFI and PFW.
+ Monitor system performance through computer controls.
+ Review recorded operating data and resolve issues for continuous operation.
+ Communicate status updates, including failures and corrective actions, to management.
+ Maintain housekeeping services in utility areas and communicate any concerns.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum AS in Electronics, Mechanical, or Electro-mechanical; Bachelor's in Engineering preferred.
+ 1-2 years of experience with Field Service or In-House Service.
+ Experience with DNA/RNA synthesizers such as ABI 3900, 394, BioAutomation Mermade, Dr Oligo.
+ Robotic experience with platforms like Starlet, Agilent Bravo, Tecan Evo and Genesis, Biomek FX and NX.
+ Experience in handling hazardous materials and hazardous waste.
+ Proficiency with pneumatic instruments and vacuum systems.
+ Experience with general handheld tools, multi-meters, and other electronic test equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with manual pipetting is preferred.
+ Experience with FDA-regulated system development/design control is a plus.

Work Environment
This role involves working rotational shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and some non-scheduled days. The rotation includes 4-night shifts, 3 off, 3 days, 1 off, 3 nights, 4 days, and 7 off. The position requires handling and operation of advanced technological equipment in a regulated environment, with a focus on safety and compliance.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
