Job Title: Maintenance Technician

$32-41/hr + $1 shift diff | Frankfort, IN

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. The role involves rebuilding machinery, repairing gearboxes, replacing motors, and more.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.Troubleshoot mechanical issues, including rebuilding machinery, repairing gearboxes, and replacing motors, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses.Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including working with 480v, 3 phase motors, sensors, VFDs, drives, and control panels.Troubleshoot robotic systems, specifically Fanuc robotics.Utilize multimeters for electrical fault diagnostics.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.Skilled in electrical troubleshooting including 480v, 3 phase systems.Experience with hydraulics, servo motors, conveyors, and gearboxes.Knowledge of VFD, Allen Bradley, and PLC systems.Ability to perform robotic troubleshooting, especially Fanuc systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $85280.00/yr.
