Direct Hire – Maintenance Technicians
Location: Carey, OH
Starting Pay: $38.52/hr
Shift Differential: $1/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Job Description:Join a proactive maintenance team responsible for keeping SMP press lines running smoothly. You’ll perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs across hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, working alongside a team of experienced technicians.
Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systemsDiagnose mechanical and electrical issues (up to 12V–408V)Respond to breakdowns via CMMS work ordersFollow preventive maintenance schedulesMonitor equipment performancePerform basic welding (MIG, TIG, Arc)Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematicsConduct fabrication tasks (machining, rigging, iron work, mill, drill press)Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $73964.80 - $73964.80/yr.
