**Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift** **Location:** Dunnellon, FL (34432) **Shift:** 3rd Shift: Friday -Sunday/6pm -6:30am Will be paid for 40 hours **Pay** : $24/hr **Contract to hire position-Pay raise when brought direct** **Job Summary:** Seeking a reliable and skilled Third Shift Maintenance Technician to join our overnight operations team. This role is essential to ensuring the continuous and safe operation of our manufacturing equipment and facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative care of mechanical and electrical systems. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production machinery and facility systems. + Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. + Conduct preventative maintenance tasks according to schedule. + Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities. + Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. + Collaborate with production staff to ensure equipment is operating efficiently. + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Assist in installation and setup of new equipment as needed. **Qualifications:** + Ability to troubleshoot pumps and gearboxes + Ability to wire a 3 phase motor + Ability to read schematics to help diagnose issues + High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred. + Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. + Familiarity with tools and equipment used in industrial maintenance. + Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. **Work Environment:** + Manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. + Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
