**1st Shift Maintenance Technician** Responsibilities + Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of plant equipment such as bioreactors, centrifuges, and refrigeration units. + Perform troubleshooting and repair tasks on mechanical and electrical systems. + Install and maintain plant floor mechanical and electrical systems. + Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and air compressors. + Ensure the functionality of back-up generators and other essential machinery. Essential Skills + Proficiency in electrical systems. + Strong troubleshooting abilities. + Mechanical skills. Work Environment The production environment is not temperature controlled, and exposure to hot and cold working conditions is to be expected.
