**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Pay: 30-32 Shift: 6AM - 2:30pm Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment. You will be responsible for performing emergency repairs, scheduled maintenance, and ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery. Responsibilities + Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment. + Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production. + Conduct scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service. + Perform machinist duties and responsibilities. + Execute mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair. + Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, schematics, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. + Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. + Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. + Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. + Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment. Essential Skills + Experience in plumbing, pneumatics, and facilities maintenance. + Proficiency in preventative maintenance. + Ability to operate forklifts and boom trucks. + Skill in troubleshooting electrical cabinets. + Knowledge of HVAC systems, motors, CNC machines, air compressors, electrical, and mechanical systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience troubleshooting CNC machines, saws, sewing machines, air compressors, and welders. + Both mechanical and electrical knowledge. Why Work Here?
