**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Job Description We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our Indianapolis team. These roles range from entry-level to high-level technicians and involve maintaining and repairing machinery within our high-speed food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities + Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, including up to 480 3-phase motors, conveyors, and pneumatics. + Perform preventive maintenance and support wrapper technicians on the manufacturing floor. + Repair and maintain machinery using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments. + Disassemble devices to remove defective parts and analyze used parts for dimensional changes. + Adjust functional parts and control instruments; repair or replace defective parts. + Install special functional and structural parts in devices and test performance post-repair. + Regularly lubricate and clean machinery parts. + Operate metalworking tools to create or repair parts as needed. + Request necessary supplies, materials, tools, and machine parts. + Repair electrical equipment and ensure proper use and care of tools. + Perform bearing analysis and installation. + Analyze electrical circuits and install, repair, or replace electrical systems. + Weld various types of metal for repair or fabrication. + Maintain uninterrupted power supply systems, generators, and air compressors. + Respond to emergency repair calls during off-duty hours as required. Essential Skills + Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance. + Proficiency in electrical, troubleshooting, mechanical, and pneumatics. + Experience with motors, conveyor maintenance, and repair. Work Environment Our facility operates 24/7 with a workforce of over 400 employees. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.60 - $39.86/hr.
