Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support operations at a high-volume industrial bakery. This role involves working with newly installed, state-of-the-art equipment and offers a long-term career opportunity in a proactive, team-oriented environment. Technicians will focus on electrical and pneumatic systems, preventive maintenance, and equipment installation support.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production equipment including:Mixers, hoppers, dough portioners, proofers, ovens, coolers, slicers, and packaging systemsWork with 480V electrical systems and pneumatic controlsAssist with equipment installation, collaborating with vendors and installersSupport line commissioning, ongoing maintenance, and cleaning proceduresTrain and support operators on equipment functionality and basic troubleshootingRequired QualificationsDemonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematicsHands-on experience with 480V electrical systemsStrong background in electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenancePrior experience in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in food productionSolid work history with a focus on reliability and teamworkAbility to follow and maintain a preventive maintenance scheduleCompensation & Shift DetailsBase Pay: $28+/hr depending on experienceShift: 3rd shift 9pm - 5:30am

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $70000.00/yr.
