Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

This position is for the Night Shift, operating from 7pm to 7am, and involves maintaining blowmolding equipment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of equipment in the plant, performing both preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and the building.

Essential Skills

Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.Computer usage and typing skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Collaboration skills, with proactive contribution to group objectives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Associate's Degree in a maintenance-related field is preferred.High School Diploma/GED required.A minimum of five years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience preferred.PLC troubleshooting skills.Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.Industrial maintenance knowledge, including pneumatics and hydraulics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $74443.20 - $78041.60/yr.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in the company’s 401K Employee Saving Plan and may participate in its Employee Wellness Program. Employees will also receive paid time off in accordance with company policy and state law requirements.
