Oversee the maintenance of high-speed packaging lines, mechanical systems, and robotic arms to ensure operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues while coordinating with OEMs for specialized maintenance. Monitor and report on KPIs such as equipment uptime, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Promote a collaborative work environment focused on zero loss and employee involvement.

Annual Incentive Plan You will be eligible to participate in the Company’s
Annual Incentive Plan (the “AIP”) beginning in 2026. Your incentive target will be 5%
of your Base Salary in the AIP Plan year. This discretionary incentive payment is
made in accordance with the terms of the AIP and is contingent on meeting all
business and personal performance targets. The Company reserves the right to
change the AIP from time to time, as it deems appropriate, in its absolute discretion.
Any payment under the AIP for this year shall be pro-rated accordingly based on your
Start Date and the Company’s fiscal year. You will become ineligible to receive a
payment under the AIP if you give notice of resignation or the Company terminates
your employment for cause at any time before such payment is actually deposited into
your bank account.
