This role provides essential maintenance support to production teams by ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and repaired to meet operational demands. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in at least six of the nine core technical areas and possess strong leadership and self-management skills to coordinate effectively with team members and external vendors on major projects.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair CNC machinery.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.Use electrical testing tools to diagnose issues across various systems.Safely operate industrial vehicles such as forklifts and scissor lifts.Maintain and troubleshoot compressors and power transmission systems.Analyze and resolve equipment failures.Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Continuously develop and update technical skills.Work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.Use basic office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Essential SkillsProficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics troubleshooting.Maintenance technician experience.Preventive maintenance skills.PLC troubleshooting skills.Strong communication skills.Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial setting preferred.
Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to stand for extended periods.Physical strength in hands, arms, and legs for maintenance tasks.Use of hand tools with varying grip force.Clear vision for equipment inspection and safe movement in the workspace.

Work Environment
The position is based in an indoor machine shop setting where flexible scheduling may be required to support continuous production. You will collaborate with small teams and various levels of supervision.
