**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** Job Description We are seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. You will work in a blow mold environment, maintaining and troubleshooting various industrial equipment. This includes leak testing machines, bottle sorters, extrusion equipment, material bins, vacuum systems, and palletizing systems. Your role will involve both preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal operation. Responsibilities + Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial equipment. + Work on blow mold environment leak testing machines, unscrambling machines, extrusion equipment, material bins, vacuum systems, and palletizing systems. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for maintenance tasks. + Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations. Essential Skills + 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance. + 1+ year of electrical troubleshooting on industrial manufacturing equipment. + 2+ years of mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment. + 2+ years of experience troubleshooting pneumatics. + Experience reading blueprints and working with hydraulics, sensors, motors, and automation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to wire both AC and DC motors using schematics. + Experience with PLC troubleshooting, specifically Siemens. + Experience in blow mold maintenance. Work Environment This role operates within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment, ensuring cleanliness and safety. You will work alongside 80-100 individuals and are required to wear a hair and beard net. The shift is from 6:45 PM to 7 AM on a rotating schedule, and training will be provided on day shifts from 7 AM to 3:30 PM for up to four weeks.
