**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a facility. The ideal candidate will assist with projects around the plant, including basic machine repair and preventative maintenance on CNC machines, grinders, saws, and other machining equipment. Responsibilities + Perform machine repair and preventative maintenance on CNC machines and other equipment. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repair, specifically working with 240V systems. + Maintain facility safety by fixing exit signs, electrical plugs, and performing other assigned tasks. + Utilize hand and power tools for mechanical repairs and maintenance. + Engage in facilities maintenance, including lockout/tagout procedures and emergency lighting swaps. Essential Skills + 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + Experience with facilities maintenance, including safety measures. + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, specifically with 240V systems and control panels. + Mechanical experience with conveyors, gears, and belts. + Experience in preventative maintenance, such as changing oils, filters, and batteries. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience troubleshooting CNC machines. + Experience with wiring and maintaining 3-phase motors. + Skills in swapping motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
