Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will ensure the safe and efficient operation of all facility equipment.

Responsibilities

Utilize PLC experience to aid in machine diagnosing.Employ troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve problems.Operate and maintain control systems.Apply advanced understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Perform MIG welding and utilize basic drawing skills for repair and installation.Operate shop equipment such as lathes, mills, drill press, and hydraulic press.Support equipment installation and maintenance.Conduct scheduled pre-maintenance tasks and rebuilds to ensure equipment functionality.Adhere to all company safety regulations, including lockout/tagout and high-lift/scissor-lift protocols.Communicate effectively with coworkers and management regarding system issues.Maintain punctuality and work overtime as needed, including weekends.Lift up to 50lbs as required.Experience with robotics is an advantage.

Essential Skills

Strong PLC experience.Proficiency in troubleshooting, particularly in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Experience with control systems.Ability to perform MIG welding.Familiarity with shop equipment such as lathes and mills.Basic understanding of blueprints.Capability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.Strong computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with robotics is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.00/hr.
