**Maintenance Technician- $35/hr**
Job Description
The Facilities Technician performs a variety of skilled maintenance, modification, and repair activities under general supervision of the assigned Lead or Technician. Assigned areas may include material handling systems, conveyors, electrical systems, buildings, lighting, and plumbing in any of the distribution centers. This role requires adherence to lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures and policies.
Responsibilities
+ Perform maintenance on material handling equipment, including conveyors, air compressors, box makers, shrink wrappers, and case sorters.
+ Execute electrical troubleshooting from 24v to 480v, utilizing a multi-meter and following electrical prints.
+ Troubleshoot circuits and carry out basic maintenance activities such as plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
+ Follow lockout-tag out procedures and ensure all safety protocols are observed.
Essential Skills
+ 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ Proficiency in conveyor maintenance.
+ Electrical skills up to 480v.
+ Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
+ Experience with belts, valves, and switches.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with material handling systems, box makers, or case sorters.
+ Maintenance experience on air compressors.
+ Technical schooling.
+ HVAC experience.
+ Welding skills.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
