**Job Title: Maintenance Techncian AND/OR Ammonia Refrigeration Technician**
We are after a maintenance technician OR an ammonia technician!
Job Description
The role involves conducting preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure production uptime. Duties include boiler and refrigeration checks, equipment overhauls, and updates. The technician will be responsible for electrical, welding, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair work.
Responsibilities
+ Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration and boiler systems.
+ Conduct repairs on equipment to ensure continuous production uptime.
+ Perform checks and overhauls of boiler and refrigeration systems.
+ Engage in electrical, welding, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
+ Complete all other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Experience as a maintenance technician, particularly with preventive maintenance.
+ Proficiency in ammonia refrigeration systems and equipment is preferred but not required.
+ Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
+ Mechanical aptitude with experience in hydraulics and repair services.

Work Environment
The work environment is characterized by high noise levels, varied temperatures, slippery floors, moving equipment, and dust. Safety is a priority, requiring the use of appropriate PPE. The position operates on a rotating schedule of 5 on, 4 off, 3 on, 2 off, ensuring a balance of straight time and overtime, providing more time off. The 2nd shift runs from 1 PM to 11:30 PM on either Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday, with rotating weekends.

The pay range for this position is $51272.00 - $62628.00/yr.
