**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
Job Description
This role involves supporting the entire plant by providing comprehensive electrical and mechanical maintenance to minimize equipment and process downtime. You will be responsible for effective troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of facility equipment, ensuring the safe operation of all tools and equipment in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
+ Perform preventative maintenance on equipment such as hydraulic presses, conveyors, and mixing machines.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
+ Support robotic control systems.
+ Troubleshoot electrical systems with required PPE and safe practices, utilizing PLCs, digital multimeters, and other testing equipment.
+ Assist in implementing capital projects.
+ Contribute to plant equipment improvements to maximize productivity.
+ Ensure accurate completion of paperwork and documentation, including PM forms, time logs, and work orders.
+ Safely perform assigned tasks while complying with company procedures and safety policies.
+ Continually update personal skill set to keep up with technological advancements.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ Proficiency in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, including 480 V and PLCs.
+ Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting and repair.
+ Safety-conscious with welding skills (MIG, Stick).
+ Computer skills, including MS Office and PLCs.
+ Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, climb ladders, and bend as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a similar industrial environment.
+ Familiarity with inventory systems and SAP.
+ Strong documentation and paperwork skills.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $61609.00 - $87360.00/yr.

Opportunity for growth - Levels of Mechanic and to leadership - pay rates scale upward to $40+ per hour base.
Shift Differentials - $1.50/hr on 3rd shift and 2nd Shift. Additional $1.60/hr added for all hours on weekend as well!
