**Industrial Maintenance Technician** Job Description and Responsibilities Join our dynamic Equipment Maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician, with opportunities available on 3rd shifts. You will apply your expertise in electrical, mechanical, developmental, electromechanical, optical, and test technician duties. This role requires considerable judgment and will involve working in manufacturing, maintenance, quality, testing, and engineering environments. You will be responsible for constructing, inspecting, calibrating, adjusting, testing, documenting, and maintaining various equipment, components, devices, and systems. + Perform preventative maintenance on various machines. + Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on equipment. + Document work orders using an ERP system. + Change engines, sensors, valves, and bearings. + Troubleshoot electrical, test, mechanical, facilities, or hydraulic systems, components, and equipment. + Ensure tools and test equipment are properly calibrated and repaired according to standard operating procedures. + Follow lockout and tagout procedures and wear PPE at all times. + Dedicate 75% of time to completing tasks such as PM or repair, and 25% to documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to use sophisticated test and measurement equipment. + Read and understand complex technical documentation. + Proficient in using PCs and sophisticated software for documentation. + Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand English. + In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements (GMP and ISO). + Experience with compressors, chillers, and HVAC systems. Work Environment and Shift + Work in a GMP/cleanroom environment where all necessary PPE will be provided. + The facility is climate-controlled to ensure comfort. + The position requires working Tuesday through Saturday, with a 3rd shift schedule from 11 pm to 7 am. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $31.36 - $31.36/hr.
