**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team The role involves working with up to 500-ton injection mold presses and plastic extrusion equipment You will manage screw-in dies, hydraulic machines, and water coolers for part cooling **Job Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot 3-axis robots and hot runner systems + Handle systems up to 480V and perform preventative maintenance routines + Replace pumps and motors on hydraulic machines + Troubleshoot PLCs, prox switches, and sensors + Implement lock-out tag-out procedures **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in plastic injection maintenance + Experience with 500-ton machinery + 3 years of hydraulic troubleshooting experience + Proficiency in troubleshooting 480V systems + Experience with 3-axis robot troubleshooting and repair **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $62000.00/yr. 30 days after starting benefits kick in. 401k, medical, dental, vision, short term life **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Auburn Hills,MI. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Sep 6, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
