**_Maintenance Technician_** **Job Description** An Industrial Tech Lead in the corrugated box industry is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of technology to improve manufacturing processes, quality control, and overall operations. This role involves leading a team of engineers and technicians, collaborating with various departments, and staying current with industry trends and technologies. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems on the corrugated box machines. + Perform preventative care such as lubrication and cosmetic repair on Saturdays. + Change relays, sensors, and small PLCs, and work on electrical components. + Manage a team of 5 technicians and oversee projects and inventory for the department. + Expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems. + Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as motors. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work every Saturday morning to midday. + Capability to manage a team effectively. + Experience with running projects and managing inventory. + Ownership of basic tools necessary for the job. **Why Work Here?** Employees receive full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, which go into effect 60 days after the hire date. The primary shift is the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility to start as early as 6:00 AM and work as late as needed. The role requires the ability to cover multiple shifts, including the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM until finish. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
