We are seeking two skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team at a new facility in Elizabethtown, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining production schedules and minimizing downtime through effective mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and replacement.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain and keep up with production schedules.Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and repairs.Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.Collaborate effectively in a team environment and work independently when needed.Perform preventive and reactive maintenance.Record maintenance activities in the CMMS system.Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.Troubleshoot production and printing equipment, including electrical systems up to 480V, motors, sensors, pneumatic hoses, and tooling.Troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs, including Siemens, Schneider, and Lens brands.
Essential SkillsStrong electrical troubleshooting skills up to 480V.Proficiency in mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting.Experience with preventive maintenance.Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.PLC troubleshooting experience, particularly with Siemens PLCs.Experience with 3-phase electrical systems.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with troubleshooting PLCs and VFDs from Siemens, Schneider, and Lens brands.Willingness to work overtime when needed, including Sundays every other weekend for preventive maintenance and major capital projects.

Work Environment
Our facility is a non-union, extremely clean printing and packaging environment that manufactures boxes for various food and beverage companies. We operate two shifts: 3 PM to 11 PM and 11 PM to 7 AM. The environment is non-temperature controlled but remains cooler during the summer. Most tools are provided, and we maintain a supportive atmosphere for our employees.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $74880.00/yr.
