We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians for open positions on a 12-hour 2-2-3 night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. This role requires a balance of mechanical and electrical skills to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance tasks.Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs, with a focus on 50% mechanical and 50% electrical work.Work with voltage levels up to 480 volts.Troubleshoot Mitsubishi PLCs using a laptop.Troubleshoot photo sensors, servo drives, and pneumatics.Rehome and reteach points for pick and place robotsPerform minor edits on PLCs.Work from HMI interfaces to diagnose and resolve issues.Repair vision systems.Essential SkillsProficiency in PLC troubleshooting, electrical maintenance, and mechanical maintenance.Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.Ability to perform preventive maintenance and read blueprints.Strong troubleshooting capabilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsAn Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance or 5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.Effective communication skills to collaborate with operators and determine root causes of issues.Why Work Here?
