Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians

Location: Denver, CO

Pay: $27–$38/hr (based on experience)

Shifts Available:

· 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

· 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

· 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

About the Role:

We’re seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team in a large-scale food & beverage manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing industrial production equipment and systems. Your mechanical and electrical expertise will be key in ensuring smooth operations across the plant.

This is a hands-on role with a 50/50 split between preventative maintenance and corrective repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.Perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks.Maintain and optimize production machinery, including conveyors, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and PLC controls.Conduct welding and install motors and industrial systems.

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems.Ability to read schematics and blueprints.Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting (a plus).Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $38.00/hr.
