**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a hands-on Production Associate to support the manufacturing, configuration, refurbishment, and repair of high-quality Ultrasound equipment. This role is ideal for individuals with **mechanical aptitude** , attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
**Job Title:** Production Associate I
**Location:** Noblesville, IN
**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM or 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
**Overtime:** Occasional Fridays as needed
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or local equivalent and 2 or more years of relevant experience. **_Associate degree or higher in technology or engineering related discipline preferred_**
+ **Previous experience in manufacturing or service role in a regulated industry (Medical Device, etc.)**
+ Ability to communicate, receive, and understand written and verbal instructions in English.
+ Excellent attendance, accountability, teamwork, and personal initiative.
+ Demonstrated attention to detail and focus on product quality and safe working practices.
+ Flexibility to work both independently and within a team.

+ Assemble, test, and repair medical devices using detailed instructions
+ Troubleshoot technical issues and document findings
+ Maintain accurate inventory and device history records
+ Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve processes
