Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician responsible for working on all machinery across multiple buildings. The role involves conducting air compressor inspections, installing new pumps, performing oil changes, and providing maintenance in emergency situations. Responsibilities + Perform maintenance on machinery across all buildings. + Conduct inspections and maintenance of air compressors. + Install new pumps and conduct oil changes. + Provide emergency maintenance services as required. Essential Skills + 1-3 years of maintenance experience. + Electrical experience. + Mechanical skills. + Preventive maintenance knowledge. + Ability to read and understand blueprints. + Troubleshooting skills. + Experience with HVAC systems, schematics, and PLC controls. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to work independently with little supervision on the 3rd shift. Why Work Here? Work Environment Enjoy a self-reliant and independent work environment. The role is primarily 3rd shift, from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am, with flexibility on start and end times. After 90 days, there is the opportunity to pick up to 10 hours of overtime. Training will be provided on the 1st shift for the first 90 days. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
