This role involves performing a variety of tasks, including preventative maintenance and assisting in the repair of buildings and grounds in assigned areas. The position requires both physical capability and strong communication skills to effectively maintain our facilities. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment. + Assist with repairs of building structures and grounds. + Communicate effectively with residents and staff, providing excellent customer service. + Troubleshoot and address maintenance issues as they arise. + Handle lighting, painting, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance tasks. + Lift and carry heavy objects regularly as part of maintenance duties. **Essential Skills** + At least 6 months of building maintenance experience in apartment complexes or hotels. + Ability to lift over 50 lbs on a daily basis. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in hotel or apartment complex maintenance. + Familiarity with rooftop HVAC units and VAV boxes. + Ability to work in a customer-focused environment, such as apartments, hotels, or corporate facilities. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive team in a dynamic work environment. The facility includes 252 rooms currently operating at 20% capacity, and the maintenance team operates with three employees covering shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
