**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our industrial machinery and systems. You’ll be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing equipment used in manufacturing and production environments. **Responsibilities** + Inspect and diagnose machinery and equipment to identify malfunctions or wear. + Repair and replace defective components such as gears, bearings, valves, motors, and sensors. + Use diagnostic tools (e.g., voltmeters, PLC interfaces) to test and troubleshoot issues and verify repairs. + Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. + Install new machines and ensure proper integration with existing systems. + Maintain equipment cleanliness and lubrication for optimal performance. + Document maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status accurately. + Follow OSHA and company safety protocols during all maintenance tasks. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair. + Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. + Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and control systems. + Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. + Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment. + High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree preferred. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or heavy industry. + Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). + Welding or fabrication skills. + 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + Ability to wire up 3 phase motors. + Troubleshoot and repair on pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your skills in maintenance are valued and put to use in an environment that fosters growth and development. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with the latest industrial technologies and equipment. **Location** Based out of Gluckstadt, Mississippi. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
