Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment including molding machines, punch presses, and automated assemblers and liners. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance on plant-wide equipment.

ResponsibilitiesRepair and maintain machinery and equipment such as molding machines, punch presses, and automated assemblers and liners.Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on plant-wide equipment.Work from available drawings, equipment specifications, and schematics.Perform preventive, predictive, and routing inspection maintenance.Complete repairs, including replacing belts, checking alignment on vision systems, and checking oil levels.Essential Skills3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Ability to read blueprints and schematics.Experience in preventive maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with 480v 3 phase systems.Experience with injection molding or blow molding machines.A two-year degree in a related field.Experience running electrical lines and relocating machines.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work with unique and older machines, providing a challenging and rewarding environment. The role is based on the second shift, which focuses on preventative maintenance. The company is a world leader in the development and manufacture of dispenser pumps, sprayers, caps, closures, and industrial drum products. A shift premium is provided for second shift work.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $72800.00/yr.
