**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Join a dynamic aluminum cast house where you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing equipment essential to our operations. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing equipment such as furnaces, extruders, robotics, saws, and palletizers. Your expertise will ensure we meet all safety standards and production needs efficiently. **Responsibilities** + Install, inspect, adjust, and repair equipment including furnaces, extruders, robotics, saws, and palletizers. + Respond quickly to equipment failures to minimize production downtime. + Focus primarily on electrical maintenance tasks. + Participate in night shift openings primarily before transitioning to day shifts. **Essential Skills** + Industrial Maintenance Experience + Hydraulic and Pneumatic Experience + Electrical Troubleshooting Skills with sensors, fuses, 480v, 3-phase, relays, ladder logic, and circuits. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. + Possession of own hand and power tools. + High School Diploma **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + PLC Experience + Robotics Experience + Foundry Experience **Why Work Here?** Employees have the opportunity to earn significant bonuses, including a potential for an extra $3000 to $5000 annually.
