Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician where you will play a key role in supporting the installation and maintenance of new and existing machinery within our facility. You will work closely with wire machines, focusing on rewinding, coiling, and stripping processes, contributing to the production of grounding rods and coil wire.

ResponsibilitiesSet up and move new machinery within the plant.Work on rewinding, coiling, and stripping wire machines.Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.Conduct PLC troubleshooting.Move lines and anchor new machines effectively.Essential SkillsStrong electrical troubleshooting skills.Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Experience with PLC troubleshooting.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work in a hot and dusty environment.Capability to operate within a non-climate controlled facility.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is hot and dusty, with fans running to provide ventilation, although it is not climate controlled. You will be working on-site for a contract period of 60-90 days.

This is a Contract position based out of Fairmont, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
