**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the facility, from production equipment to general facilities needs. Candidates must be open to performing a variety of tasks, including facilities work and sanitation, alongside their regular maintenance duties. An electrical maintenance band proven experience in troubleshooting electrical systems are essential for this role. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance on all facility equipment, including production machinery and general facilities needs. + Conduct electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, including reading schematics and blueprints to diagnose and fix machinery. + Repair and maintain conveyors, electric motors, and VFDs. + Troubleshoot pneumatic systems and 480V electrical systems, making necessary repairs. + Participate in scheduled maintenance tasks twice a year, with advanced notice provided. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting and industrial maintenance experience. + Ability to troubleshoot 480V electrical systems and make repairs. + Understanding of electrical schematics, 3-phase motors, and servo motors. + Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with heavy mechanical repairs and overhauls of systems like gearboxes and hydraulic pumps is a plus. + Experience working in a GMP/Food manufacturing environment. + Basic PLC troubleshooting skills are advantageous. **Why Work Here?** This role offers room for growth within a family-oriented environment with caring management. Health Benefits: Eligible for participation in the company group medical, dental & vision programs. Eligible for participation on the 61st day of employment. Employer contributes 50% to employee only base plan.
