**Job Title: Production Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Maintenance Technician to join our Manufacturing Support team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in die cutting and packaging/converting equipment, along with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities. The technician will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and improving manufacturing production machinery and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
**Responsibilities**
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and computerized systems.
+ Perform preventative maintenance and machine tuning/alignment.
+ Support production operations and collaborate with Engineering on equipment improvements.
+ Design and build manufacturing equipment and fixtures.
+ Train and support production operators and maintenance team members.
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety policies and procedures.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong hands-on experience with die cutting and packaging/converting equipment.
+ Basic to intermediate knowledge of pneumatic systems.
+ Industrial electrical experience including sensors and control systems.
+ Familiarity with hydraulic systems and troubleshooting.
+ Basic understanding of PLC programming and operation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Associate’s Technical Degree or Certificate Program, or 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
+ At least 1–2 years of industrial electrical experience preferred.
+ Proficiency in using shop tools, precision measuring instruments, and electronic troubleshooting devices.
+ Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and equipment databases.
+ Experience in welding (TIG, MIG, and Stick welding) is a plus.
+ Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.
+ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
+ Effective communicator with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
+ Good customer service skills.

**Work Environment**
Work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company within GMP cleanroom environments. This role involves exposure to rotating equipment, electrical systems, and confined spaces, requiring comfort in a physically demanding setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $65728.00 - $78208.00/yr.
