Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Production Maintenance Technician to join our Manufacturing Support team. If you have hands-on experience with die cutting and packaging/converting equipment, and strong experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, this is a great opportunity to make an impact. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing production machinery to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and computerized systems.Perform routine preventative maintenance and machine calibration.Collaborate with Engineering to implement equipment upgrades and process improvements.Design and fabricate custom manufacturing equipment and fixtures.Provide training and support to production operators and maintenance staff.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.Qualifications

Required:

Associate’s degree in a technical field or 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.Proficiency with shop tools, precision measuring instruments, and electronic diagnostic equipment.Strong experience with die cutting and packaging/converting machinery.Familiarity with hydraulic systems and troubleshooting techniques.Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, equipment databases).Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.Customer-focused attitude.

Preferred:

1–2 years of industrial electrical experience.Welding experience (TIG, MIG, Stick) is a plus.Basic knowledge of PLC programming and operation.Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.Why Join Us?

This role operates within a GMP-compliant cleanroom in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. You’ll work around rotating equipment, electrical systems, and occasionally in confined spaces—ideal for someone comfortable in a physically active and safety-conscious environment.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65728.00 - $78208.00/yr.
