Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.

ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical preventative and repair maintenance on all production equipment, following written work order scheduling and verbal instructions.Record work done on provided forms.Adhere to OSHA and company safety guidelines.Identify parts needed and maintain inventory of parts in the stockroom.Perform equipment changeovers and other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsProficiency in using meters to take electrical readings, including AC and DC.Ability to read continuity to find opens/broken wires and blown fuses.Skill in reading electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.Experience operating and navigating HMI panels.Knowledge in wiring and changing direction of 3 phase motors.Understanding of voltage differences from 24VDC up to 480VDC.Competency in replacing mat top chain, bearings, shafts, rollers, sprockets, and motors.

Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with PLC applications, including understanding inputs/outputs and reading PLC diagrams/ladder diagrams.Capability to change out and program AC drives and troubleshoot them.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $68640.00/yr.
