Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by troubleshooting and repairing various industrial machinery. Your primary focus will be on 3-phase motors, conveyor systems, gearboxes, and low voltage electrical systems (12v/24v), as well as photo eyes and sensors. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic mechanical systems, including valves, solenoids, and manual and automatic controls.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair 3-phase motors, conveyor systems, and gearboxes.Perform low voltage electrical troubleshooting on 12v and 24v systems.Maintain and repair photo eyes and sensors.Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic mechanical systems, including valves and solenoids.Maintain press and finishing glue systems, banding lines, and corrugator hydraulics.Essential Skills5 or more years of industrial maintenance experience on industrial machines, preferably packaging machinery.Comfortable with 480v 3-phase and low voltage electrical troubleshooting (12v and 24v).Experience in troubleshooting electrical controls (PLCs) is a plus.Strong background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance, including hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors, and gears.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the packaging industry is a significant advantage.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $47840.00/yr.

Full company benefits are made eligible for new hires from day 1 including health, vision, dental, and 401k match.
